• Flexible Options: Choose between Basic Marker (199 USD/year, fixed cost) or Premium Marker (0 USD/year + 5 % of bookings), or PRO Marker.
• Premium Marker = Pay Only for Success: With Premium Marker, you only pay a commission when you receive bookings through our platform.
• Exclusive 10 % Discount for Premium Members: Premium Marker partners offer a 10 % discount to LinkEase Premium members – attracting more bookings and rewarding our most engaged users.
• Full Control & Visibility: Premium Marker lets you upload up to 5 photos, create posts, offers, and edit your listing anytime. Basic Marker is fully visible on the map but more static.
• Win-Win-Win: Families get exclusive discounts, partners gain more bookings, and LinkEase earns a small commission only when a successful connection is made.
• PRO Marker: You get full access to the Listing, all features without any commission or discounts, you have to give Premium Linkease Members. You can choose your own perk you will offer to Premium Members who booked via Linkease with a special coupon code. This can be a welcome Drink, a special meal, your own % discount or other perks.

There are three types of Markers to fit different needs:
Basic Marker ($199/year) – Simple visibility on the map with your business info and a direct link to your website.
Premium Marker (0 USD/year + 5% commission) – Pay only when you get bookings. Includes photos, offers, posts, and special discounts for LinkEase Premium users.
PRO Marker (fixed yearly fee) – Full access to all features, no commission. You can choose your own “Perk” for LinkEase Premium members (like a free meal, welcome drink, or discount).
Each Marker stays live and visible for 12 full months after activation. No renewals, no hidden ad costs — one flat period of guaranteed exposure.
With Facebook or Google Ads, your visibility and money disappears when your campaign ends. No flat fee.

To create your partner profile, we’ll need:
• Basic information about your place (name, location, contact details)
• Description of what you offer to families
• Photos of your facilities and surroundings
• Details about your amenities and special features
• Links to your website and booking platform
• Information about your availability and seasonal offerings
• Any special considerations or requirements for visiting families

We’ll guide you through the entire process to ensure your profile showcases what makes your place special.
Each Premium Marker includes a unique coupon code displayed on the marker. Families can use this code when booking your place or mention it in email communication to receive 10% off.
When the code is used:
The booking is considered via LinkEase.
The partner logs the booking internally.
5% of the booking value is credited to LinkEase LLC.
Partners report all coupon-based bookings quarterly, on the 1st day of each quarter, ensuring transparency and correct commission.
Honesty and transparency are essential. We base the partnership completely on trust and respect for each other. So please if you want to be a Partner Place, be loyal, honest and trustworthy.
Failure to report bookings, false reporting, or attempts to withhold commission will result in immediate cancellation of the partnership without refund, marker removal from the app, and potential legal action.
All partnerships run for one full year and are non-terminable during that period. This guarantees stable visibility and equal treatment across all partners.
The partnership renews automatically each year, if not cancelled before the end of the year.
